1. Processing Times Because we source our gadgets directly from international manufacturers to give you the best prices, all orders go through a processing phase before shipment:

Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
2. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times Once your package leaves the warehouse, delivery times vary depending on your location. We ship worldwide, and our estimated delivery windows are as follows:

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes Nextaura is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your package upon entry into your destination country. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a free replacement or a full refund.
